Have the right to vote at General Meetings.
Be able to elect the Directors who will represent the members.
Be eligible to stand for election as a Director if you wish.
Help shape the future management of your building.
Becoming a member of the RTM Company does not make you personally responsible for the company's debts or day-to-day management. Your liability is limited to £1, and membership simply gives you a voice in how your RTM Company is governed.
Where a property is jointly owned, both owners will need to sign the form. Once the first person has completed their details and signed, the form will then be sent to the second person for their signature.
